Qualifying Entrants
This promotion is open to all PayPal users registered with OffGamers. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.

Promotion Details

1) The campaign will begin on the 9th of Dec 2022 1200hr (GMT+8) until the 4th of Jan 2023 1159hr (GMT+8)
2) Customers who checkout using PayPal with a minimum spending of USD22 (excluded handling fees) in a single order during the campaign period will be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance.
3) Customers who checkout using PayPal with a minimum spending of USD122 (excluding handling fees) in a single order during the campaign period will be entitled to 8 lucky draw chances.
4) A total of 25 lucky winners will be selected. All gifts and prizes are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for credits, cash or goods.
5) Winners of the campaign will be announced on OffGamers’ blog and social media platform on the 15th February 2023.
6) This campaign is open to all customers except employees of OffGamers.
7) This promotion is only available when you shop on the OffGamers website at OffGamers.com or the OffGamers app here during the campaign period.
8) OffGamers Global Pte Ltd and its participating partners reserve the right to make any changes to the event without any prior notice.

9) All prices listed for this event are in American Dollars.

Liabilities

OffGamers cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. OffGamers is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.
2. By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against OffGamers, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

1. “By participating in this promotion, You agree:
to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, for OffGamers’s promotional and marketing purposes; and
to the use of the information submitted on the contest entry form, without compensation, for OffGamers’s promotional and marketing purposes; and to the use of your answers to the questions and/or tie breaker for OffGamers promotional and marketing purposes.
2. “Each individual participating in this promotion acknowledges that:
in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by her/him to OffGamers or obtained by OffGamers from her/him pursuant to this application:
