Awesome Games Done Quick Raised Over $2 million For Charity

Awesome Games Done Quick 2017 charity event was a huge success. The weeklong charity marathon has garnered a lot of interest and total contributions so far have reached $2,216,243.30 from 43,368 donors for the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

The Awesome Games Done Quick is a bi-annual charity gaming marathon, where speedrunners – the participants, play games and showcased their skills by completing a game as fast as possible.

The event is streamed live on Twitch, and all proceeds goes directly to the charity. View all Awesome Games Done Quick 2017 videos here.

There are plenty of speedruns, about 175 of them, that were performed on a number of classic and new games.
