Recently a number of individuals have been impersonating Papaya Play and Vertigo Games staff members both through the BlackShot SEA social hubs and external web pages.
BlackShot SEA would like to remind the community that all official communications from our team members are exclusively delivered through our BlackShot SEA official websites, Facebook pages, and Discord channel (see below). Furthermore, our team members will NEVER request account information from users under any circumstances outside of our Zendesk or live Discord support system. If an individual requests your personal information, or you suspect they are impersonating one of our staff members, please report them through our support system immediately.
