Producer Koji Igarashi’s Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is coming to PlayStation 4, Steam, GOG.com, and Xbox One on June 18.
Publisher 505 Games and Developer ArtPlay announced the final launch date for Bloodstained, along with confirmation that the Nintendo Switch version of the game will be released on June 25. Bloodstained is a gothic horror action side-scrolling RPG set in 18th century England. A paranormal force has summoned a demon-infested castle threatening the entire world.
The narrative follows Miriam, an orphan scarred by an alchemist’s curse which slowly crystallizes her body. In order to save herself, and indeed, all of humanity, she must battle her way through a demon-infested castle summoned by Gebel, her old friend whose body and mind has become more crystal than flesh.
