We’ll be getting a “first glimpse” at what Destiny players will be facing against “later on this year” with a live stream by Bungie that’s set to air on Thursday, June 9 at 10 am PT on Bungie’s Twitch channel.
Bungie posted about the event on its weekly Destiny update article and while no details were given on what are “the next threats” that Guardians will be facing, it’s safe to assume that the stream will probably be about the leaked Rise of the Iron Banner DLC.
Kotaku reported that the leaks were authentic and that the DLC will be “larger than both year-one DLC packs” and that it will center around the Fallen with a new raid.
Given that we won’t be seeing a Destiny sequel until 2017, a fresh new DLC with sizable content should keep players happy until then.
