Activision recently revealed the multiplayer reveal trailer for the upcoming sequel to their highly anticipated FPS series Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Check it out below:
The trailer showcases signature Black Ops combat, and also fast-paced battles on land, sea, and air, all infused with vehicles and gadgets of many kinds.
The trailer also showcased a few maps available from the streets of Miami, to the Oceans of the North Atlantic, the deserts of Angolia, the snowly forests of Uzbekistan, and the densely wooded slopes of the Ural Mountains.
The multiplayer will also feature 3 new game modes: VIP escort, Combined Arms, and Fireteam. VIP escort is a 6v6 game mode where the attacking team must escort the VIP (a member of the squad) to 1 of 2 extraction points, and the defending team must kill the VIP. Combined arms is a 12v12 game mode with 5-6 capture zones that must be controlled for points. The first team to 400 points wins. While in Fireteam, 10 squads of 4 men roam around a large scale map trying to be the last squad standing.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be releasing on Battle.net, PS4, and Xbox One on November 13th, with a PS5 and Xbox Series X version coming after the respective consoles launch. Get the game when it comes out with our Battlenet Gift Cards, PSN cards, or Xbox live gift cards below:
