Sledgehammer Games has announced today that the Call of Duty: WWII multiplayer open beta will start on September 29th on Steam, until October 2nd, 2017. The best part is you don’t have to preorder a copy to gain access.
The developer wanted to to stress test their core systems and online backend infrastructure at a large scale provided by a huge crowd of players. Theis beta is important as it is also designed to give PC players their first hands-on experience of the game, and Sledgehammer Games will be taking this opportunity to fine-tune the game and gathering vital feedback from the community.
