Nayuta no Kiseki Kai is set around Remnant Island on a world known as Lost Heaven. Sometime in the past, the world suffered an event known as the Great Flood, leaving just the collection of islands surrounded by the Sciencia Sea. Play as Nayuta Herschel, a celestial navigator who dreams of exploring the world beyond the horizon. When he has a chance encounter with a fairy, he found out that the world is in danger of destruction, and he must set out with his friends to save the world. And thus his adventure starts.
