Control, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Wolfenstein 2 Coming to PlayStation Now

Want to play PS games without actually buying the games? PlayStation Now has you covered! Sony’s game subscription service allows members to stream and even download games straight from their servers to their PS4s or PCs without needing to own a physical copy of the game. With a current game library boasting more than 800 titles, and with more added every month, it is a wise investment for gamers who wants a wide variety of gaming choices.
This month 11 new games are being added to the library including headliners like Control, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, which itself just left Xbox Game Pass days ago.

In a year without one clear frontrunner for Game of the Year, Control took home a bulk of awards for Remedy Entertainment – and continues to do so, having picked up 11 new nominations at the BAFTAs. The mind-bending “new weird” shooter stars Jesse Faden, a woman thrust into the role of Director at a secretive government organization called the Federal Bureau of Control. It’s Jesse’s job to unravel the mysteries within The Oldest House and fight back against the Hiss infecting the ever-changing building’s denizens. It earned a “Mighty” score from reviewers, with an average of 84 from 163 critics on OpenCritic.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider fared well critically too, though it’s been reported that the game underperformed commercially for Square Enix. As the finale to Lara Croft’s three-act origin story reboot, Shadow gave players a more intense, refined Lara, who no longer doubted her abilities so much. New stealth mechanics like hiding in mud and stalking her enemies turned Lara into an uncomfortable killing machine at times, which was always the point for Crystal Dynamics. The game averaged a “Strong” 80 on OpenCritic.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed, Wolfenstein: The New Order developed by the award-winning studio MachineGames. An exhilarating adventure brought to life by the industry-leading id Tech 6, Wolfenstein II sends players to Nazi-controlled America on a mission to recruit the boldest resistance leaders left. This game brings exhilarating gun fights with whacky yet deadly guns and lethally effective abilities to iconic American locations, guaranteeing a fun-filled, adrenaline pumping experience. With an average of 86 from 167 reviews, this game is a top choice for any FPS enthusiast.
Along with those three major new additions come eight others in total. Here’s the full list of new games:
