Creative Assembly’s Total War: Three Kingdoms Coming This Fall

Sega’s strategy game developer, Creative Assembly, has officially revealed Total War: Three Kingdoms with a cinematic trailer. This real-time military series will mimic the battlefields of ancient China in the year of 190CE.

Three Kingdoms takes place in China when the Han Dynasty falls into the hands of the cruel tyrant named Dong Zhuo. In respond, three heroes forged an alliance along with other powerful clans to challenge Zhuo. Total War: Three Kingdoms is the next historical strategy game in the award-winning Total War series.

Creative Assembly’s last two games were Total War: Warhammer and Total War: Warhammer II, which take place in a fantasy world that involves elves and lizardmen. Total War: Three Kingdoms is currently scheduled for release in fall on Steam.
