EA Sports has announced the cover athlete and revealed the cover art for NHL 21, and it’s captain of the Washington Capitals, Alexander Ovechkin. Check out the game’s announcement trailer below:

The cover art follows the design of recent EA Sports titles such as Madden NFL 21 and EA Sports UFC 4. NHL 21 launches on October 16 for PS4 and Xbox One. We’ll keep you updated with any updates so stay tuned.
