Fans Will Decide The Limited Edition Content For Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Collectors/Limited edition for games will always be a part of the gaming economy, but it often lies with the publisher/developer to decide what to include for the collectors/limited edition content. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided developer Eidos Montreal and publisher Square Enix has decided to put the content in the hands of fans. The question is, did we ever ask for this?

Basically, what Eidos Montreal and Square Enix is doing for the collectors/limited edition, is to let fans vote on 10 items that will be included into the collectors/limited edition content. Head over to the Deus Ex: Mankind Divided voting page here and the top three most-wanted items will be considered for inclusion on the collectors edition set.

The selection range from the expected, an art book that includes details of the game’s design and a set of pins, to the awesome, an Adam Jensen replica statue and a mini replica weapon set, to the unexpected, a “Praxis Kit” lunchbox, a “Welcome to Golem City” metal sign, and a tattoo sleeve that replicates Adam Jensen’s augmented body.

Choosing the right content to put in collectors/limited edition set can be a hit (Fallout 4 Pipboy Edition) or a miss (Destiny’s The Taken King Collectors Edition), so it’s a nice change of pace to see a developer like Eidos Montreal and publisher Square Enix giving fans the chance to choose what they want for a collector/limited edition set.
