Final Fantasy XV Might Get Delayed Until November
Square Enix’s long-in-development Final Fantasy XV might get hit with another delay and it looks like JRPG fans could be looking to a two-month delay with a new date of November 29.
The game is currently slated for a September 30th release for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, however, based on the reports by Gamnesia, GameStop headquarters have received instructions from Square Enix to replace the dates on standees with a new date sticker.
In a later article, Gamnesia also uploaded an image of the instructions that was purportedly given to GameStop employees to replace the dates on the old standees (which you can see below).
While Square Enix has not made any official statement regarding Final Fantasy XV‘s delays, if these reports are to be true, then it will put them out of the way of Persona 5‘s release in Japan. We’ll update when official announcements have been made.
Final Fantasy XV is scheduled for a release on September 30th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
