Psycho killer Jason will finally get his spotlight when Friday the 13th: The Game finally comes out in October this year. A new trailer shows gameplay footage of players controlling Jason and being one of the counselors who are trying to escape from him.
If you haven’t heard about Friday the 13th: The Game, it’s a multiplayer/co-op game where one person plays as Jason, while the rest plays the counselors who are trying to escape from Jason.
As you can imagine, getting caught by Jason will end up in gruesome deaths, similar to the movies that it’s based on. Developer Gun Media has managed to capture the horror essence of Friday the 13th, with Jason looking scary as ever. As for the gameplay, it looks solid but we’ll know more when the game launches in October.
Friday the 13th: The Game will launch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in October 2016.
