Ghost Recon: Wildlands New DLC Releasing on May 30th
Ubisoft has announced Fallen Ghost as their second expansion for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, which is releasing on May 30th to Season Pass owners on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In addition, the expansion costs $14.99 and will only be available on June 6th, for those who intend to purchase Fallen Ghost DLC separately.
Fallen Ghosts is a continuation of Ghost Recon: Wildlands main story, after the fall of the Santa Blanca Cartel. Unidad military force was struggling to maintain control of Bolivia and in a bid to restore order, Unidad enlisted ex-cartel members, mercenaries and criminals from neighbouring countries to form a new special unit call the Los Extranjeros (The Foreigners).
Their sole mission is to track and eliminate any remaining American agents in the fictionalized Bolivia.
The Ghosts are tasked with one final mission, to extract the remaining US citizens and escort them out of the country. Unfortunately, their helicopter was shot down and the Ghosts are left stranded in the middle of the jungle without support, and with heavily-geared Los Extranjeros hot in their heels.
The Fallen Ghosts consist of 15 mission campaigns with four new bosses for players to hunt in three different regions. The level cap has been raised from 30 to 35 and players will start with a new character at level 30 and equipped with all of the main game skills.
There will be nine new skills to unlock, including physical, weapon and drones skills. The main campaigns are fully playable in four player co-op, and Fallen Ghosts also features six exclusive new weapons, ranging from new assaults rifles, sniper rifles and a crossbow that can be equipped with explosive arrows.
