New Hero: Zai
Zai’s life has been a harrowing journey of pain and struggle. In response to a prophecy predicting her role in bringing catastrophic events, her parents sold her into the hands of human traffickers.
After enduring years of captivity, she managed to escape and sought refuge with Annica, a renowned clan of assassins who recognized her capacity for darkness and violence. Trained to become a formidable killing machine, Zai’s desire for vengeance remains unfulfilled, but she has found solace in her mission to dismantle everything pure and good in the world.
Please note that the current version does not include her third skill and ultimate abilities. They will become available in future updates, and players can unlock them by completing heroes’ Cultivation Quests.
If the required quests have already been completed before the upcoming updates, the skill and ultimate will be automatically unlocked.
New Feature: Spirit Well
In The Herald’s Trial and BOT Mode, a new feature has been introduced where Spirit Wells will now appear at two specific time intervals: 240 seconds and 500 seconds. When you capture a Spirit Well during these moments, you will be rewarded with an item that enhances either your main weapon or armor, elevating them to the prestigious Epic quality.
It’s important to note that this upgrade applies only to your existing equipment and not to any weapons obtained through air drops.
New Quest: Valiant Challenge
In Quick Match, The Herald’s Trial, and BOT Mode, a new Valiant Challenge Quest Scroll has been introduced. By accepting this quest, players become challengers, while non-friendly players turn into opponents.
The quest reveals the challenger’s location to all opponents on the map and periodically scans for opponents within a specific range. If the challenger manages to survive for the designated time, they will receive a substantial amount of Dark Tide Coins as a reward.
Opponents can track the challenger’s movements on the map, and defeating the challenger grants significant rewards. Even assisting in the challenger’s defeat earns players some Dark Tide Coins.
New Enigma Peak Levels in Showdown
In Showdown mode, once your sense level reaches 450, you have the opportunity to take on the challenging Enigma Peak Levels. These levels feature monsters with enhanced Health and Attack, and some of the Bosses’ moves have been altered.
Within the Enigma Peak, you can acquire Showdown Souljades of different types. By defeating a specific number of Bosses in a single match, you become eligible for rewards such as the Legendary Souljade Choice Gift, Thunder Essence, exclusive Hero Badge, Quench Crystal, and more.
Map Updates
The spawn point of Inn of the Dunes has been optimized and adjusted, along with improvements in resource allocation.
Limited-time Event: Unruly Blaze
Event Duration: The event will take place from the June 1 update until June 14, 2023, at 20:00 (UTC).
Event Guidelines:
- By completing daily quests, players can earn Ghoulish Lanterns and Soul Orders. Soul Orders can be exchanged for special event rewards.
- Ghoulish Lanterns are utilized to refresh the Underworld Register, providing random quests. Completing these quests allows players to earn Reckoning Treasures and other rewards.
- All players have access to the same set of Underworld Register quests. Once a quest is completed, it will not reappear.
