Qualifying Entrants
This promotion is open to all Indonesian users registered with OffGamers. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.

Contest Entries

1. This promotion is only available at www.offgamers.com
2. The MARCH MEGA GAME BUNDLE 2022 event is only valid from 10 March 2022 (Thursday) to 10 April 2022 (Sunday).
3. Participating customers are required to submit the receipt and proof of purchase for the redemption process with complete details from 10 March 2022 (Thursday) to 30 April 2022 (Saturday). Any purchase made after 10 April 2022 (Sunday) will not be eligible for this redemption.
4. Once the redemption is approved, customer will receive one (1) unit of OffGamers Gift Card IDR430.000 through their submitted email within 30 days of the date the data is received.
5. OffGamers Gift Card IDR430.000 is only valid from 10th of March 2022 (Thursday) until the 20th of June 2022 (Monday).
6. The redemption from HP is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
7. This promotion is only valid for Indonesian customers who have made their purchases in Indonesia.
8. All gifts are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for credits, cash or goods.
9. This event is not applicable to resellers, distributors, agents, channels and OffGamers employees.
10. OffGamers and its participating partners reserve the right to make any changes to the event without any prior notice.
11. All prices listed for this event are in IDR.

Liabilities
1. OffGamers cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. OffGamers is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.
2. By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against OffGamers, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
Use of Personal Information
1. “By participating in this promotion, You agree:
to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, for OffGamers’s promotional and marketing purposes; and
to the use of the information submitted on the contest entry form, without compensation, for OffGamers’s promotional and marketing purposes; and to the use of your answers to the questions and/or tie breaker for OffGamers promotional and marketing purposes.
2. “Each individual participating in this promotion acknowledges that:
in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by her/him to OffGamers or obtained by OffGamers from her/him pursuant to this application:
she/he is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this competition, and the use of such Personal Information by OffGamers as contemplated by this application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to OffGamers’s external agencies or third parties)”
