Minecraft’s New Patch & Dungeons’ first Seasonal Adventure Coming Soon

Another big update is landing on Minecraft soon which includes Patch 1.18 on Minecraft Bedrock Edition and a new Seasonal Adventure named Cloudy Climb is coming soon to the spinoff game, Minecraft Dungeon.

The first part of Minecraft’s Cliff & Caves Update brought out cute mobs, cool items and new blocks while for part 2 (Patch 1.18), it focuses on world generation changes. New biomes like snowy slopes and mountain meadows are added, including a major overhaul to the cave systems where players will encounter much bigger cavern than what you have explored before, and higher mountains to hike into the sky.

This update will be released on all platforms, including Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, Windows 10 and 11.The Java Edition will be updated on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Meanwhile, Minecraft Dungeon is getting a new Seasonal Adventure: Cloudy Climb free update. It adds in single-player challenges in The Tower with new and existing biomes which refreshes every two week. It adds in a new progression system where you’ll start with a blank slate character and gets stronger while you progress. The progress will be saved when leave, so no worry about starting it all over again.

Along with the free update, Adventure Pass will be introduced, featuring awards like exclusive pets, skins, emotes, flairs, and capes. Although the update is free, premium rewards will require payment to access. Cloudy Climb is set to be released on December 14.
