Nexon’s “Argent Twilight” Drops New Update

NEXON Korea Corp (CEO: Jung-Hun Lee) released three new characters for the mobile character-collecting RPG, Argent Twilight: Secret of the Dark Orbs (Argent Twilight), developed by Nexon Korea.

Three new characters from the East, “Azukimaru,” “Doa” and “Hayato,” each with five elements have been released. Azukimaru (3★) is a ninja who specializes in giving stealth effects to allies or breaking the stealth of its enemies. Doa (4★) is a mage who polymorphs a character and seals their skill usage, regardless if friend or foe. Hayato (4★) summons a clone with identical stats and disrupts the battlefield, fighting together as ninjas.

Additionally, new Side Stories containing different tales of the characters that are not revealed in the Main Scenario have been added. Only manual battles will be available in Side Stories, as they can only be played with the new characters Hayato, Azukimaru, and Doa. The three Side Stories, “The Lovestruck Assassin,” “Twilight Cemetery,” and “A Selfsame Heart,” features these eastern characters in interesting battles that players will be able to experience.

In addition, three types of Town Requests are introduced as extra story content to help resolve issues the locals are facing. The season pass, “Vultur Season 1” has now been released, which will allow players to obtain plentiful rewards such as a Diamond Feather, Golden Feather, and more.

Nexon will be holding various events celebrating this update. The “35-Day Special Login” event will allow players to log in to obtain various growth materials such as two Diamond Feathers, a Golden Feather, a 5★ Skill Book, and more. Proceed with Mission Events until Wednesday, Oct. 26 by playing the new Side Stories and Town Requests to receive Soul Fragments, which can be used to summon Fire Azukimaru (3★) and Water Hayato (4★).

“Doa’s Point Shop” event will also be available during the same time. Points that players earn from their gameplay can be exchanged for items necessary for developing heroes, such as the Skill Book and the Wings of Ascension at the Shop. Playing with these new characters will yield even more points.

Furthermore, the tutorial has been revised to be more intuitive and additional conveniences have been improved, such as extending the difficulties for region chapters (which provide rewards) to Hard and Infernal.
