Toys ‘R Us Canada accidentally leak the Nintendo Switch’s price on its order page and the portable console might just cost around $250.
Nothing is confirmed at this time and if it’s true, Nintendo might have a fighting chance recapturing the console market back from Sony and Microsoft next year.
So far the only confirmed game coming out for the Switch – The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon, Mario Kart 8 as seen on Switch’s first look video.
There’s a 50/50 chance that Bethesda’s Skyrim: Special Edition will make it to Switch. Bethesda spokesperson did mention that they are collaborating with Nintendo.
“We’re happy to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Nintendo on the video.” “While we are not confirming any specific titles at this time, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Nintendo and support of the Switch. We look forward to revealing specific games and details in the future.”
Nintendo will officially announce Nintendo Switch’s price, specifications and lineup on 13 January 2017. As always with these kinds of rumors, it’s best to take the news with a grain of salt.
