Nintendo Will Resume Production for The NES Classic In 2018
Nintendo is bringing back the Super NES Classic Edition next year in order to fulfill demand for the $79 retro console that is capable of running many classic SNES games. The company initially wanted to end shipments of the console this year, but production will resume and North America will be getting the stocks on September 29th.
“Fans have shown their unbridled enthusiasm for these Classic Edition systems, so Nintendo is working to put many more of them on store shelves”.
In a press statement recently, Nintendo was aware that consumers are facing difficulties in acquiring the retro console in stores and online without paying an inflated price. Nintendo plans to ship the retro-inspired product into 2018.
