No Man’s Sky’s latest update called Next is releasing this summer. Co-founder of Hello Games, Sean Murray, announced that both the Xbox One version and Next would launch on July 24 and it is bringing true multiplayer mode with it.
The Xbox version will also contain Foundation, Pathfinder, Atlas Rises and NEXT from day-one, in 4K and HDR for Xbox One X. The developers of No Man’s Sky revealed a teaser for the game’s Next update at the end of March. Murray gave a few examples that indicates the new multiplayer mode will allow more player interaction.
Players will be able to group up with friends to survive, build, race and simply relax in the massive space world that’s No Man’s Sky. Murray explained the Next update as a culmination of this potential that everyone’s always seen in No Man’s Sky. No Man’s Sky multiplayer content update called Next will soon be available on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
