Endling – Extinction is Forever (Release Date: 19 July 2022)
You can probably judge from the title that this will be a pretty grim game in a way. Yes you, the last living fox is faced with extinction. The world has become a desolated place, humans are wearing gas masks, and your task is to survive, along with your 4 cubs.
The game is a pretty simple 2D platformer that involves from stealth, as you play with a time limit, you’ll need to reach your goal before the night ends. The game does come with its challenges of course, soon you’ll find you getting separated from one of your cubs and you must do everything to save them. It tells a story of what animals go through as we humans progress and industrialize, hopefully help to raise more awareness about our planet and the environment.

Spirit of the North (Release Date: 8 May 2020)
Yet another fox game that’s about the environment? Hear us out. The game boasts a beautiful environment and even more mesmerizing soundtracks. You might feel lost as you’re going about the game, but you’ll get the hang of it as you solve more puzzles and pay attention to the narrative. Overall this game is full of mystery for you to uncover. And spoiler alert! Your fox friend might die but will be resurrected by the guardian of the Northern Lights. No animals were harmed (sort of).

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge (Release Date: 16 June 2022)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is nothing but unwaveringly reverent to the classic 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade game. If you’re already around during those time, then you’ll not want to miss this game, it certainly brings back the memories. With multiplayer mode, you can even get your friends to join in the chaos! As the levels and enemies scale with the number of players.
There are only two modes of play in Shredder’s Revenge: A campaign mode that lets you select levels from an overworld, and an arcade mode that gives you that classic experience of taking on the whole game from the start with a limited number of lives and continues, with no checkpoints and no saving your progress. My top pick will definitely be Raph, with his permanent scowl and intimidating grimace.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (Release Date: 11 June 2021)
One of the most beloved game titles on the PlayStation console. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart introduces another Lombax to the team – Rivet, which you’ll meet as you travel across the multiverse.
Staying true to the series, Rift Apart is still an action platformer and third-person shooter video game, only available on PS5, giving you the full experience of the next-gen console’s performance. You will have a great deal of weapons to choose from, so you can take down enemies effectively. With the DualSense’s haptics, you’ll be able to feel the feedback with each shot fired.
This series has been around for quite some time, but with the addition of Rivet into the story, it certainly feels like something new again, with much charm. Top it off with the next gen console’s features, this is easily one of the must-haves in your game library.

Yoshi’s Crafted World (Release Date: 29 Mar 2019)
If you’re looking for something to chill and have fun with, try out Yoshi’s Crafted World. The game is a platformer, but the mechanics are more much simpler and doesn’t require to rack your brains. There are many collectibles for you to find along the way, so there is no rush getting to the finish line.
If you’re up for something more challenging, there is a cool twist that arrives early on, that is Crafted World’s Flip-Side levels, which let you play through nearly any stage backwards. Yes, that’s right. Playing the game backwards. It lets you see all of the tape and intentionally unfinished edges of the sets you previously only saw from the front and replaces all the coins and other collectibles with a focus on getting fast times.
