Voucher Product
Voucher product provides you a code that can be redeemed on the relevant platform of the purchased product. For example, after purchasing a Steam Wallet Code, you will need to redeem it on Steam to top up your wallet.
Product Information
The new purchasing layout is roughly separated into 3 parts.
In the first part, you will be seeing the product’s image, either a logo or a picture of it, and the product’s name below it. You will also see the overall product rating from users and a little share button, where you can instantly share the product’s link to your friends.
Purchasing Details
Heading down, you will find purchasing details where you can make changes to.
Product
After selecting your “Brand”, you will be given a list of products in the “Product” section. From here, you can select the product you want.
If you are a Steam user with your account located in Malaysia, you would be selecting “Steam Wallet Codes (MY)”, as this is the product that can be redeemed for your account.
A search bar is also located above the list where you can type in a keyword to search for your product easily.
Voucher
Similar to the “Product” section, you will also find a search bar under the “Voucher” section. In this section, you will be able to select your desired amount of voucher to purchase.
OffGamers regularly offers promotional events and discounted products, so remember to check on the Promotion page and get the most out of your purchase!
Quantity and Subtotal
After finishing your voucher selection, you can choose your quantity of purchase. Your subtotal of purchase and OffGamers Points earned will be automatically calculated.
Lastly, all you need to do is tap the “Buy Now” button and checkout!
Product Description, Info & Review
The last part of the new layout is the information about the product.
Description: Read the brief description of what is included, where it can be used and how to redeem.
Info: Get information about the product such as its publisher, developer, platform, related links and more.
Review: Check out what the community has said about the product.
Direct Top-Up Product
Direct top-up product allows you to instantly top-up your account by filling in relevant account ID and/or server.
Top Up Info
An extra section for direct top-up products is the “Top Up Info” section. In this section, you will need to fill in your User ID and Server to have the credits directly top up to your account. Make sure to fill in the information correctly before proceeding with the purchase.
Physical Goods
Physical Goods are products where it has a physical appearance such as a gaming chair, table and accessories. You will need to provide your address for the product to be shipped. (Only applicable for specific area)
Preview
For physical goods, you are able to preview the product’s appearance while going through the Voucher section.
Address
Similar to Direct Top-Up products, you will need to fill in your address for physical goods so that your product is able to be physically delivered to your place.
