Voucher Product
Voucher product will send you a code to be redeemed on the relevant platform of the purchased product. For example, after purchasing a Steam Wallet Code, you will need to redeem the code on Steam to top up.
Product Information
In the new purchase layout, it is roughly separated into 3 parts. First, we will be going through the first part which is at the top left of the website.
Here you will be seeing the product’s image, either a logo or a picture of it, and the product’s name beside it. A small icon below the title is shown to indicate it’s a voucher product. You will also see the overall product rating from users and a little share button, where you can instantly share the product’s link to your friends.
Product Description, Info & Review
At the bottom of the website, you will find information about the product.
Description: Here you will get information about the brief description of the product, what is included, where it can be used and how it can be redeemed.
Info: Here you will get information about the product such as its publisher, developer, platform, related links and more.
Review: Here you will be able to see what the community has said about the product.
Purchasing Details
Next is the top right of the websites where you can make detailed changes to your purchase.

After selecting your “Brand”, you will be given a list of products in the “Product” section. From here, you will select the relevant product you need such as you are a Steam user with your account located in Malaysia, you should select “Steam Wallet Codes (MY)”, as this is the product that could be redeemed on your account.
A search bar is also located above the list where you can type in a keyword to search for your product easily.

Similar to the “Product” section, you will also find a search bar under the “Voucher” section. In this section, you will be able to select your desired amount of voucher you want to purchase.

Direct Top-Up Product
Direct top-up product allows you to instantly top-up your account by filling in your relevant account ID and/or server.
Top Up Info
An extra section for direct top-up products is the “Top Up Info” section. In this section, you will need to fill in your user id and server to have the credits directed top up to your account. Make sure to insert the information correctly before proceeding the purchase.
Physical Goods
Physical Goods are the type of product where it has a physical appearance such as a gaming chair, table and accessories. You will need to provide your address to have it be delivered to your place. (Only applicable for specific area)
Preview
For physical goods, you will be able to preview the product’s appearance while selecting in the Voucher section.
Address
Similar to Direct Top-Up products, you will need to fill in your address for physical goods so that your product is able to be physically delivered to your place.
