Heroes of the Storm is getting a new hero, specifically Overwatch’s Mei. Blizzard’s MOBA is made up nearly entirely of characters from other Blizzard titles, making it the only game where you can see a character like Kerrigan fight Diablo. Mei will be the ninth Overwatch hero to join the game, and she will be categorized as a tank.
Mei will be released alongside Heroes of the Storm’s Nexomania event, which brings a luchadore wrestling-themed set of challenges and rewards to the game. Blizzard announced that they would be ramping down production on Heroes of the Storm, Mei is the fifth new hero added since that announcement.
