On Surgeon Simulator, you’ve performed surgeries on humans, aliens, and even the Medic from Team Fortress 2. Now, with the latest update, prepare to make surgery great again by performing a heart transplant on Donald Trump.

Bossa Studios revealed the update, which includes the “Inside Donald Trump” mode, via a new trailer (which you can see above) that shows off gameplay footage.
If you have Surgeon Simulator, you’ll get the update for free or you can purchase Surgeon Simulator on PlayStation 4, PC, Android, and iOS.
