Players Can Finish The Division 2 Entirely On Solo Play

Game director Mathias Karlson has confirmed that players will no longer need to group up with friends or random strangers when playing The Division 2.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is a shooter RPG with campaign, co-op, and PvP modes that provides more variety in missions and challenges, new progression systems, as well as end-game content that can all be experienced solo. There is no right or wrong way to play the game, which was technically a single-player game unless the player initiated co-op matchmaking.

You can play through the entire story campaign into endgame and then the end-game content alone. The development team want you to play however you like, and of course, the option of joining up with other players will always be there. You can also do the same content in two, three, or four player co-op.

The upcoming shooter will be a better improvement over its predecessor, and changes are made to the weapon mods system, along with new gears and equipments. Players can also participate and sign up for the beta here.

The Division 2 is scheduled to launch on March 15 next year for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
