Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon Coming To 3DS In 2016

With 2016 being the 20th anniversary for Pokémon, fans of the franchise should expect some new game announcements and the Nintendo Direct Live Stream gave just that. Get ready to jump back into the fray with Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon for Nintendo 3DS.

Details such as features and release date were given on the official trailer shown during the Pokémon Direct Live Stream. However, no actual gameplay for the seventh generation Pokémon game was shown on the trailer. Instead, a gameplay montage of previous Pokémon titles was cut together to signify the game’s legacy.

While we still have no idea how and the game will look and play, given the pedigree of Pokémon games, fans will still be clamoring for it when the game comes out in late 2016. Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will come exclusively to Nintendo 3DS.
