Samurai Shodown V Special releasing to the PlayStation 4 and Vita Tomorrow

Samurai Shodown V Special will launch tomorrow on the PlayStation 4 and Vita. This fighting game from SNK will cost $14.99 and Samurai Shodown V will have both cross purchase and cross play. In addition, the game will include online multiplayer, art gallery, trophy and leaderboards for achievements.

SNK has always been known to release fighting games with a lot of technical depth, and this one is definitely no exception.

Players have a wide variety of skills at their disposal, such as the ability to deflect attacks, catch an opponents weapon and disarm them, and the ability to temporarily slow down time to mount a comeback. The most iconic additions this entry adds to the series are the character specific Overkill moves, which can be used to finish off an opponent in a variety of gruesome ways.
