Their scheme is to get customers to purchase our OffGamers Gift Cards, Razer Gold, iTunes Gift Cards, Steam Wallet Codes and more in exchange for a fraudulent investment scheme which promises high returns after a year. Please refrain from purchasing gift cards or products (physical or online) for this purpose as we are unable to guarantee your safety nor provide you with a refund.
Do be alert when purchasing gift cards (physical or online) and do not fall into investment traps that seem too good to be true. We are not liable for your actions and its consequences.

A scammer posing as a popular YouTube entity sent out a Google Docs link to viewers claiming that they have won a giveaway and would require them to insert their personal information into the Google Docs survey form. Please do not give out your personal information to anyone on the internet. Official sources would approach you through official sources with their official accounts and not through unofficial or personal WhatsApp or Telegram chat rooms. Another issue is, these scammers would often ask you to purchase gift cards to cover ‘shipping costs’ this is a known scam. Do not fall for it.

There has been a scam that is ongoing on Instagram where users are being approached by strangers that offer them financial help. But in order to do so, they would need to ‘verify’ their PayPal account by purchasing gift cards. Do be informed that this is fake news. PayPal does not require any form of verification through the purchase of gift cards. Below is a sample of an account that has been scamming users. If you see accounts of a similar name or nature, please report them or ignore them.

Do note that phone call scams are getting more prevalent. Make sure to do your due diligence and do not divulge any private or personal information over the phone. A person impersonating a Youtube personality known as ‘North Borders’ has claimed that customers have won a fake giveaway and are scamming them instead. Scam victims are contacted through Telegram. Make sure to do your research before interacting with personalities online. Check if there is an ongoing giveaway firsthand, and ensure that you are contacted through official sources like their official social media accounts.
If you have won a giveaway, you won’t have to pay for anything, including shipping. If you are asked to purchase anything for compensation, it is most likely a scam. Stay alert!

We have received reports of a customer getting scammed while purchasing several gift cards on our site. The scammer poses as a figure that has a relationship with our company, but we do not have any connections with him. Do take note that OffGamers does not have any representatives that would require you to purchase gift cards as a form of payment for anything.
The scammer asks the customer to purchase several codes in order to activate their PayPal to send them money. PayPal does not require any activation through gift cards to work. All of this is done through WhatsApp. Make sure to not trust strangers like this at all costs and let us know of any misconduct as soon as possible to prevent it from reoccurring in the future!

Fraudsters are manipulating their victims by urging them to send an activation fee before The International Monetary Fund (IMF) provides compensation to them. Never trade with anyone that request for digital gift cards in exchange for services, items and others. The site’s administrator is a notorious scammer – you have been warned.

We’ve came across another scam site that wants to steal your digital Gift Cards and we would like to remind every shoppers again to be wary of such sites. This syndicates usually uses the same modus operandi to commit their scams. They will first ask you to purchase a digital codes from other websites and then they will request you to e-mail them the codes or input the serials through a submission form. By doing so, you are exposing the digital codes to them and losing the digital codes in the process.
Do not fall prey to such malicious websites. If you have any doubts about any websites that requires you to purchase any codes from us in exchange for physical products, services or digital goods, please do not hesitate to contact our live support for assistance.

Such scam sites always runs on similar m.o. Firstly, they will request you to purchase a point cards, cdkeys, game cards or any other intangible goods from certain sites. After receiving your codes, they will halt all communications with you and you’ll end up losing your game codes in the process. Don’t fall victim to such obvious scams.

This site http://www.e-wowinn.com/ has defrauded many customers of their PSN codes and claims to be affiliated with us. We would like to remind everyone to be cautious of websites that allows codes exchanges. We are in no way associated with codes exchange sites, codes generating sites and even physical items exchange sites.
Remember to be extremely wary of anything online that sounds “too good to be true”. If a website suffers from poor design and looks as dodgy as this – http://www.e-wowinn.com/ is a telltale sign to avoid it.
In this case, the customer reports that some websites are requesting iTunes codes as payment in exchange for physical products.
Our customers have provided the iTunes codes to the recipient paydesigneroutletss@gmail.com or paydiscountbills@gmail.com and not only that they were cheated of their iTunes codes, but they also did not get the products as described on the scam sites.
We would like to inform all customers to be wary of such sites and OffGamers has no affiliation with these websites that offers iTunes codes trades or exchanges for physical and virtual products.
This is a very serious matter and OffGamers would like to remind all customers to be cautious and buying only from trusted vendors or websites.
