From Software’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has sold over 100,000 copies on Steam in the first 24 hours after its release on March 21.
Steamchart’s data shows that the game managed to reach a peak player count of 124,334 users, which is the fourth most played game on Steam. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is the next adventure from developer FromSoftware, creators of Bloodborne and the Dark Souls series. Although gameplay mechanics have changed, players should expect a lot of deaths with this game.
While it’s currently more popular compared to Warframe and Path of Exile, nevertheless, the numbers put up by Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice are impressive, especially since the game is truly a single-player game, with no multiplayer or co-op mode.
