Shenmue 3 is delayed again as publisher Deep Silver says that the company needed the extra time to enhance the quality of the game even further, and they will launch the product in the best possible timeframe sometime in 2019.

Shenmue 3 was one of the video game project that received the most funding in Kickstarter at $6.3 million, more than tripling its initial aim of $2 million. It was scheduled to launch in December 2017, however, Suzuki’s studio moved the launching date to 2018. Shenmue 3 is expected to launch on PC and PlayStation 4 in 2019.
