Steam Has Chrono Trigger And The World Doesn’t Know About It

Chrono Trigger was launched unexpectedly by Square Enix on Steam, and the definitive version of the SNES classic will include extra features and improvements, such as optimized visuals and re-recorded soundtrack that was supervised by original composer Yasunori Mitsuda.

The PC version of this game also appears to be a direct port from the iOS and Android, and features updated controls, graphics and audio. It will also include the two bonus dungeons, such as the mysterious ‘Dimensional Vortex’ dungeon and the forgotten ‘Lost Sanctum’ dungeon.

Chrono Trigger is the timeless role-playing classic developed by the ‘Dream Team’ of Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii, Akira Toriyama, best known for his work on Dragon Ball and the creators of Final Fantasy.
