Gamers that are currently immersed in Elder Scrolls Online are definitely enjoying themselves with the massive amount of content, especially new console gamers, that the game comes with. However, if you have managed to blaze through the major content, worry not, because Bethesda have announced The Imperial City DLC to keep you busy!
Imperial City, which is a prominent location in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, will be available to players once they gain access to the DLC. A recently released trailer gave us a good look at the content that we can expect from the DLC. Below is a run-down of “key-features” that will be available on The Imperial City DLC:
– All content is available to players that are level 10 and up
– A brand new PvP / PvE space, including the six Imperial City Districts
– New quests and key characters within the Imperial City
– One new Imperial City PvP Public Dungeon: The Imperial Sewers
– Two new PvE Imperial City group dungeons with Normal and Veteran versions: White-Gold Tower and Imperial City Prison
– The Tel Var Stone system
– 23 completely new Veteran Rank 16 item sets, only available in Imperial City
– Treasure Vaults that contain new Veteran Rank 16 set jewelry and a chance for even rarer finds
– Xivkyn racial motif style
– New collectibles only available in Imperial City (pets, polymorphs, and a costume)
The Imperial City DLC will be the first of many content-based DLC that Bethesda has in plan for Elder Scrolls Online. Other planned DLC content includes a Thieves Guild DLC where players can expect a series of quest from the Dark Brotherhood.
Aside from the DLC, the base Elder Scrolls Online game will receive a huge and important patch that includes 100% experience boost to public dungeon, a new level 16 of Veteran Ranks, and new crafting passives to name a few. A complete list of the update patch can be seen at their official site.
Elder Scrolls Online: The Imperial City DLC, will hit PC on August 31, Xbox One on September 15 and for Playstation 4 on September 16. The DLC will be bundled for ESO Plus members and will cost $20 for everyone else.
