The Bento Watch Is Easily More Useful Than The Apple Watch
Sure, the Apple smartwatch is filled to the brim with technology, but can it give you a good and protein filled lunch on-the-go? The Bento Watch can! If they ever decide to mass market it.
This one-of-a-kind creation comes from a Kyoto-based agricultural company, Takii Seeds, to promote its agricultural skills and produce.
Despite being a marketing stunt, Takii Seeds decided to go all out and enlist the help of a craftsman to design the watch, a surgeon to prepare the vegetables, a famous chef to cook the miniature food, and a diorama hobbyist to put it all in the 30mm-diameter Bento Watch.
Sure, we’ll probably never see this get mass produced unless you can hire your own personal cook, surgeon, and hobbyist to prepare your meal. But look at how cool the Bento Watch is with its pop-out chopsticks! That’s something that Apple Watches can’t do, despite its name, ironically.
