The first season of the show will be a 10-episode season of the 2013’s The Last of Us. Although it’s an adaption of the game, Niel Druckmann has revealed that some episodes will “deviate greatly” from the original events, but did assure that the story will only “enhance” previous material rather than “undo” it. Well we will only be able to decide that when it releases, so stay tune for The Last of Us on HBOMax in 2022.

In the meantime, how about trying the the game of The Last of Us on PlayStation and experience the original story with your own hands.
