Ubisoft’s UBI30 reward program was previously launched in June to celebrate its 30th anniversary by giving away selected games from its archive for free. As in previous months, gamers had received Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, and Rayman Origins for free. This original copy of The Crew will be available for 30 days; after you’ve download it, it’s yours to keep.
To grab a copy of The Crew, just head over to UBI30 here, sign in or create a new Uplay account and follow the instructions to claim the free game.
Ubisoft is releasing three more games for free this coming October, November, and December. Another game will be revealed around mid-October.
The next major expansion for its racing game, “The Crew: Calling All Units”, is the racer’s second add-on, after “Wild Run” which lets you play as a cop, and apprehend streetracers. Playing as cops, you can deploy EMP shocks to disable annoying streetracers and staying close to the them for six seconds allows you to arrest them.
The expansion is expected to launch on November 29 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
