EA’s Anthem has received a new trailer called Conviction from Neill Blomkamp, director of District 9 and Elysium.
The trailer is set in the world of BioWare’s upcoming open-world shooter Anthem, decades before the events of the game. In Anthem, humanity struggles to survive in a savage environment full of diverse threats. Equipped with incredible Javelin exosuits, a faction known as the Freelancers seeks to tip the balance in mankind’s favor. This short film from Blomkamp’s Oats Studios follows a few pilots as they use their Javelins to protect Fort Tarsis, a stronghold built to protect the rebellion’s survivors.
