Based on numerous reports, Watch Dogs Legion is Ubisoft’s next big project for the Watch Dogs franchise.
The leak on Amazon‘s listing was discovered by TheNerdMag, and right now the game is available for preorder. Furthermore, the store page contains a short description of the game:

Nothing is concrete at this point and it is best to wait for Ubisoft to reveal more details about Watch Dogs Legion at E3 2019 this coming week.
