World of Warcraft: Shadowlands Season 3 begins March 1

Shadowlands Season 3 includes Heroic Difficulty Tazavesh, new seasonal rewards, a new Arena—Maldraxxus Coliseum, an all-new affix, and new mounts.

SEPULCHER OF THE FIRST ONES

Pursue Zovaal’s forces into the Sepulcher of the First Ones and prepare for the most epic Shadowlands raid yet—coming with the start of Season 3.

The Jailer has breached the Sepulcher, the mysterious heart of the Shadowlands. Should he control its primordial power, he will reshape the cosmos with Death at the fore. As Zovaal prepares to dominate reality, champions of Azeroth must charge forth to stop him.

ETERNITY’S END CLASS SETS

With the start of Shadowlands Season 3, players will have an opportunity to start collecting an all-new 5-piece Class Set; giving you bonuses based on your specialization when you equip two or four pieces of the set. There are several ways to acquire set pieces—defeat bosses in the new Sepulcher of the First Ones raid in any difficulty, get them directly from the Great Vault after Season 3 begins, or use the Creation Catalyst to turn any non-set pieces of the appropriate slot into a new set piece of the same item level.

NEW REWARDS FOR MYTHIC+, KEYSTONE MASTER, AND ARENA

Mythic+ in Shadowlands includes a brand-new affix: Encrypted—enemies throughout the dungeon possess relics of the First Ones. Destroy the relics to summon the First Ones’ Automa and gain powerful bonuses based on the order in which they are destroyed.

Two new titles will be available: The Cryptic and The Cryptic Hero, and those able to earn the Season 3 Keystone Master achievement will earn the Wastewarped Deathwalker mount.

A new Arena title: Cosmic Gladiator, along with a new weapon illusion, a new color variation of the Cosmic Gladiator Soul Eater mount, and new Vicious mounts–Alliance and Horde themed Warstalker and Croaker—are part of the rewards lineup this season.

TAZAVESH, THE VEILED MARKET

Face off against dastardly assassins, four-armed broker guards, an infinite pirate dragon, and other enemies as you chase down a wayward broker before she can unleash the might of a stolen artifact. Gather your party and read about how you can prepare for this strange bazaar.

NEW ARENA: MALDRAXXUS COLISEUM

For eons, the Necrolords of Maldraxxus honed their craft at the Maldraxxus Coliseum in the Theater of Pain. Now the Arena is open to any would-be challengers—and there’s no shortage of seasoned gladiators and newcomers willing to test their mettle in brave combat against their foes.
