Microsoft is going to remove a huge amount of games from both Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles that are currently in Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass on May 31.
Xbox Game Pass has over 100 games in its library and players can download and play any games just by paying $9.99 a month. The company has been adding several games to the monthly subscription service since its launch in 2017. Here’s the complete list of games that will be removed soon.
– Age of Booty
– The BioShock trilogy
– de Blob 2
– Dead Rising 2: Case Zero
– NeoGeo Battle Coliseum
– Dig Dug
– Final Fight: Double Impact
– SEGA Vintage Collection Golden Axe
– Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising
– Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2
– Pac-Man Championship Edition DX
– Bound by Flame
– Sacred 3
– SEGA Vintage Collection Alex Kidd & Co.
– XCOM: Enemy Within
– Defense Grid 2
– Blood Bowl 2
Most of the games in the list were published by third party companies like Sega, 2K Games, Bandai Namco, and Capcom. The aforementioned games will be removed due to the agreement between these companies and Microsoft has reached its dateline, since Microsoft doesn’t own the rights to these games. Xbox Gaming Pass subscribers will only have a few weeks left to play the games before Microsoft takes them off the service.
